Annunciate le nomination ai BAFTA 2021
Nella giornata odierna, la British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) ha svelato la lista ufficiale delle nomination ai BAFTA Awards 2021, tra le quali spicca Nomadland di Chloé Zhao candidato in ben 7 categorie e già vincitore del Golden Globe come Miglior Film Drammatico.
Inizialmente prevista per il 14 Febbraio ma successivamente rimandata, la cerimonia di premiazione si terrà il prossimo 11 Aprile. Dietro alla scelta di posticipare la cerimonia, vi è ovviamente la pandemia di Covid-19 che ancora condiziona pesantemente la vita dei cittadini di tutto il mondo.
“La decisione di spostare la data dal precedentemente annunciato 14 Febbraio, tiene conto dell’impatto globale della pandemia e prevede anche l’estensione del periodo di eleggibilità” dichiarò un portavoce quando si optò per il rinvio.
